sigrenEa develops its services with the aim of enabling its users to reduce their impact on the environment while making savings. This is the aim of collection-round optimization: fewer trucks on the roads, less fuel consumption and less CO2 emissions. Furthermore, sigrenEa is a supporter of local production and cooperation. Currently, all R&D and production activities are performed within a 70 km radius of sigrenEa’s headquarters.

Service quality cannot exist without commitment (Services Level Agreement – SLA). All client contracts include commitments regarding deadlines and a high level of availability of IT infrastructure.

Our clients are the main driving force behind the development of our services.
The Customer Relations Team maintains continuous contact and collects all requests or ideas for improvements, which are then regularly analyzed to be integrated in the development Roadmap according to selected priorities.
