Customer relations team
It is responsible for the sales approach, analysis of client needs and deployment of client projects, as well as After Sales Service. The sales process is performed by Project Officers in conjunction with the Project Manager, who is in contact with the client from a very early stage. Once a relationship is established the Project Manager performs a needs analysis and plans for the preparation and deployment of the client’s project. With knowledge of their requirements, operational method, and organization, the Project Manager is the first port of call for clients. The client Project Manager guarantees the quality of service and calls After Sales Service staff into action when required.
